Local, state, and federal health agencies recommend vaccination against COVID-19. MVNU shares the philosophy that herd immunity strengthens our ability to control and limit virus spread to maintain a healthy and safe campus community that cares for ourselves and others. While we are not requiring vaccination, we are strongly recommending vaccination. The higher our vaccination rate, the more open our campus can operate. Submitting your vaccination card will exempt you from weekly asymptomatic surveillance screening and from quarantine. Although not required, vaccinated individuals will still be given the opportunity to submit a saliva screening once per week.
